Fioramonti Hydroinjection is a unique system. It consists of a device which injects small amounts of distilled water into your vehicle's engine. There is no need of any type of changes, and you get an important saving in the fuel consumption. You also get more engine power and an almost total elimination of the polluting gases which result from combustion.

This revolutionary system allows up to 15% in power increase, and 25% in the fuel consumption decrease.

This system works in street cars and in four powered pick ups, motorcycles, lorries, buses, agricultural machines and boats. The system achieves more power and fuel saving in any type of internal combustion vehicles.

The Hydroinjection system developed for eighteen years by Jorge Fioramonti has been patented in Argentina and its patent has been applied for in U.S.A,.

HOW IT WORKS

The hydroinjection equipment enters into the combustion chamber a small amount of distilled water together with the air. This reaches the cylinders and improves the burning.

The increase of power generated by the molecular dissociation of the water in the moment of explosion, renders an important decrease in the fuel consume. From 10 to 18 % in diesel engines, from 10 to 20 % in petrol engines and from 15 to 25 % in compressed gas engines.

LONGER USEFUL LIFE FOR THE ENGINE

The useful life of the engine grows from 70 to 100% more, due to the elimination of carbon waste which produce the explosion. When injecting water to the cylinders, detonation is smoothed, softening the greatest pressures, reducing the spark plugs , valves and exhausts temperatures, and not damaging the cylinders lubrication.


OIL AND FILTERS ECONOMY
As the carbon disappears, the oil pollution in the filters is minimum .Therefore their useful life is longer.

PERFECT BURNING

The disappearance of the constant attack on metals, as the disappearance of the crust (which accumulates dampness) originated by the carbon waste in the combustion, increase the useful life of exhausts and mufflers.

TECHNICAL FILE
The water injection in internal combustion engines has been evaluated since 1922 in planes. Thanks to the cooling power of water hydroinjection allowed the planes engines full progress, without overheating, and reduced the emission of nitrous oxide, a gas which reacts in the atmosphere and produces acid rain. About these experiences specialized literature only refers to the maximum doses to cool the engine, before it started to piston.

The Fioramonti Hydroinjection System , on the other hand , brings up a very different phenomenon in the engine. Instead of using the addition of high doses, it uses the injection of minimum doses, resulting in an important change in the behavior of the engine. The power increases up to 10 %, while the consumption of fuel decreases between 15 and 25 % according to the vehicle. Apart from this , the pistoning disappears, and the exhaust gases which become smoke, and the waste ,resulting from an incomplete burning ,are discharged.

Scientific explanation : the water which the Fioramonti System injects is dissociated in its two molecular components by the heat of the burning, which is normally lost through the engines cooling and the exhaust.
The oxygen and hydrogen molecules combine spontaneously again, accelerating the burning reaction violently. This means that the system uses the extreme temperature of combustion , which otherwise would be lost by radiation into the atmosphere, to dissociate the small amount of water added to the engine chamber.

In the Hidroinjection, whether the engines are petrol, diesel or natural compressed gas, the water passes first through a filter and a regulating valve, then through an electromagnetic valve which controls the circuit if the engine is working. Then the water passes through another filter, and through a hydraulic device which lessens the changing demand of the cylinders according to the engines speed. Apart from that , for more safety, the equipment has a draining valve which can deflect the water , preventing it from being injected into the combustion chamber, if the engine should eventually stop. The system injects water to the engine only from 600 r.p.m.

PRIZES AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The Development Project of the Fioramonti Hydroinjection system was the winner in a contest for ecological projects organized by the Universidad Catolica Argentina in 1999. The Ecological Protection Agency (USA) gave the U.C.A. a subsidy to test and verify the results of the Fioramonti Hydroinjection.

The Fioramonti Hydroinjection System was selected for the finals in the meeting organized by the World Resources Institute of Washington DC USA, to take part in the Risk Investors Show which took place in Rio de Janeiro in 2001.

The Fioramonti Hydroinjection Company received the support of the Thunderbird University , Arizona, USA, in 2002, to evaluate the potential of the hydroinjection system in the American market.

The Fioramonti Hydroinjection Company received in 2003 the support of the Berkley University, California, to design a marketing strategy to enter the American market.

The Fioramonti Hydroinjection System was declared of Municipal Importance by the Roque Perez Council.

The Fioramonti Hydroinjector received the important support of the Universidad Catolica Argentina (UCA) and the American Fund (USA).
